NDSU Night returns to Target Field in July

SHARE

NDSU fans will have a chance to show their Bison pride at Target Field this summer during NDSU Night at the Minnesota Twins scheduled for Wednesday, July 9.

First pitch of the game between the Twins and Chicago Cubs is scheduled for 6:40 p.m. and NDSU alumni, students and fans are invited to take part in a night celebrating the university's spirit and community. One NDSU alum will be honored with the ceremonial first pitch and another could lead fans in singing “Take Me Out to the Ballgame” during the seventh-inning stretch.

Fans who purchase tickets through the official NDSU Night link will have the option to add a limited-edition co-themed NDSU and Minnesota Twins jersey to their order. Only 1,500 jerseys are available, and $5 from each jersey sold will be donated to the NDSU Foundation. Attendees must select their jersey size at checkout and can pick up their gear at Target Field Station, located near Gate 6, close to the northwest corner of the stadium.

Ticket holders may choose their preferred seating section, though alumni looking to gather with fellow Bison are encouraged to select seats in sections 102-106.

Before the game, NDSU supporters are invited to gather for Kieran’s Kickoff with the Bison at Kieran’s Irish Pub, located at 85 N. 6th St. in Minneapolis. The pregame event begins at 4 p.m. and is open to all with no registration required.

To receive the exclusive jersey and ensure their ticket supports NDSU, fans must purchase through the official Twins special event page.
